Service Vouchers (titres-services) are a system supported by the Belgian government, enabling payment for cleaning services in private homes in a simplified and tax-advantageous manner. They are used as a payment method for one hour of professional cleaning.
Service vouchers simplify the payment process for cleaning services, allowing for easy and secure transactions.
Using vouchers allows for the deduction of part of the expenses from taxes, resulting in bigger financial savings.
By using vouchers, you are assured that the cleaning services are provided legally, guaranteeing the highest quality and professionalism.

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about service vouchers.
You can purchase titres-services service vouchers through the Sodexo website for the appropriate region: Brussels, Wallonia, or Flanders. Registration on the site is mandatory and free.
After registering on the Pluxee website, you will receive a user number that allows you to order paper or electronic service vouchers by bank transfer to the Sodexo account of the respective region.
The first 400 vouchers in a calendar year cost €10 each (= 1 hour of work), and the next 100 – €12 each. You can order up to 500 vouchers per year per person, with a limit of up to €1000 per household.
Depending on the region, you can benefit from a tax deduction for purchased vouchers: up to €135 in Brussels, up to €90 in Wallonia, and up to €180 in Flanders for a certain number of first purchased checks. In March each year, you will receive information about the possibility of a tax deduction for expenses incurred on service vouchers, which can reduce your annual tax obligations.
